    Gaining Access

    Access to UC OATS is limited to faculty and those individuals who are directly involved in the management of conflict of commitment and outside professional activity and who require access to conflict of commitment data. Additionally, those individuals with access to UC OATS must clearly understand that they are accountable for ensuring the security and privacy of this data when viewing, retrieving, and exporting information within the system.

    UC Riverside Faculty and Staff Administrators who access UC OATS must have a UCR NetID. Users login to UC OATS using their UCR NetID and password. A user must also have an assigned role.

  • Contacts

    First Level Support: Subject Matter Expert (SME). SME within each College/School/Org will interact with one another and provide first line support for both staff and faculty. For a list of SMEs for your organization, see the list below.

    Second Level Support: Academic Personnel Office (APO). If the SMEs cannot resolve an issue, it will be escalated to the OATS Administrators within APO. Please send an email to oats@ucr.edu. If the OATS Administrators cannot resolve the issue, it will be escalated to UCLA/DGIT Support for resolution.

    If you need to update a “Reviewer” or “Approver” role, please send the request to oats@ucr.edu.
