eFilePlus – the Publications and Creative Activities Ordering feature was deployed on February 25, 2022 and may be used for 2022-23AY review cycle. This feature provides functionality that allows departments to determine the ordering of bibliographic categories in their Candidate Reviews (Snapshots). This gives each academic department the opportunity to determine the order based on their discipline and place important publication types at or near the top of their bibliographies. UC OATS – introduces a redesigned workspace for Reviewers and Approvers. The new dashboard provides users with an at-a-glance summary of forms in their queue, summary report, and an Annual Certification status chart.
