The platform provides a centralized hub tailored to your specific role in the hiring process:
- Applicants: Easily submit materials, track application status, and manage portfolio.
- References: Securely upload letters of recommendation through a private portal.
- Search Committees: Review and evaluate candidate files digitally, anytime, anywhere.
- Recruit Analysts: Build and manage search plans for streamlined approval.
- Approvers: Review search plans, applicant pool, shortlists, and search reports with a single click.
