Faculty Mentoring Programs
Congratulations to CNAS for the selection and funding of their proposal, “Increasing Faculty Retention in CNAS through Mentorship by the UC Office of the President. It is also very exciting to see mentoring programs being initiated across campus. The Academic Personnel Office has the goal to provide a centralized “hub” for all of these wonderful programs to ensure faculty are aware of all that is available and so we can all share ideas in our common goal of supporting faculty. We will also provide mentoring opportunities and support as needed. We plan to have in-person “Mentoring Mixers” bringing programs and faculty together.
The first is scheduled for April 8, 2022 at 9:30-12:00pm at the Alumni and Visitor Center. |
