Michael Risher - Michael Risher is a 4th year undergraduate transfer student perusing a bachelor's degree in computer science at UCR. With only a few quarters left of the bachelor's he is also working on starting his master's program later this fall at UCR. His interests outside of school and work are biking, traveling, working on small projects, and unwinding with video games.

 
Jennifer Jian - Jennifer Jian is a 3rd-year undergraduate student working towards her bachelor's degree in Business Administration here at UCR. Since coming to UCR, she has decided to pursue a concentration in either Marketing or Business Administration. She enjoys nature, exercising, and playing video games in her free time.

 
Morgan Dundon - Morgan Dundon is a 5th year Ph.D. Candidate in Dr. Masaru Rao's Biomedical Microdevices Laboratory. She earned her Bachelor's in Forensic Chemistry in 2015 from Towson University, and completed her pre-doctoral fellowship at the Smithsonian Museum Conservation Institute and Conservation Biology Institute. Since coming to UCR, her research now focuses on developing mechanical gene delivery microdevices for gene editing applications.

 
Angela Porter - Angela Porter is a 5th year Ph.D. Candidate in the Microbiology program. They earned their bachelor’s in Microbiology at Brigham Young University in 2016, and they currently work with Dr. Joel Sachs in the department of Evolution, Ecology, & Organismal Biology. Their research focuses on the symbiosis between legume plants (cowpeas) and soil bacteria (rhizobia). Beyond research, they enjoy working as a science communicator on educational podcasts & videos.
