Conflict of Commitment Online System
UC policy mandates that faculty submit an annual report per APM-025 (for general campus faculty) or APM-671 (for HSCP faculty) whether or not you engaged in Category I or Category II activities. A response of Yes or No is required.

IMPORTANT: The Conflict of Commitment Online System will be replaced by Outside Activity Tracking System (OATS). Please see important dates below.
April 30, 2020 – last day to use Conflict of Commitment System. For activities and reporting for the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019 use the Conflict of Commitment Online System.
May 4, 2020 – scheduled deployment date for OATS. For activities and reporting for the period starting July 1, 2019 use OATS.
